Following the submission of the attestation, program evaluation, post-assessment AND payment no refunds will be given UNLESS there was an error in duplication or credit card processing. Following your engagement in the program you can e-mail us at [email protected] with your name and title as well as the episode number/title. Then, we will send you 3 links to course materials including assessment, attestation, and program evaluation. Once all 3 attachments are received you will receive an invoice via Pay Pal for payment of CE credits totaling $20/per 1 hour credit (episode). Following payment your certificate will be sent via e-mail where we ask that you download and save the certificate accordingly. For episodes with less than 60 minutes of content, pricing will be based on ¼ hour running time. Based upon regulations, we cannot round up. For example, a running time of 56 minutes will be .75 Continuing Education Credit Hours. Pricing for credit hours less than .75 Continuing Education Credit Hours will be $15.00, .5 Continuing Education Credit Hours will be $10.00, and for .25 Continuing Education Credit Hours will be $5.00. This is standard pricing and does not including any promotional pricing
