Therapeutic Perspective is a podcast for mental health clinicians. It serves as a means to educate professionals on current issues and trends in mental health. All content is brought to you by clinicians for clinicians. We aim to help fellow clinicians structure their treatments and support their clients based on evidence based practice and current research.
Licensed Professional Counselor
Sarah Dinan (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Mental Health Counseling of Nazareth located in Nazareth, PA. Sarah has been active in the mental health field since 2007.
Throughout this time she has worked in various settings including in home, school, and short-term care facilities. Outside of her masters level Counseling Psychology course work from the University of Scranton located in Scranton, PA; Sarah has extensive training from the Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center under Dr. Marion Lindblad-Goldberg who is the predecessor of the highly regarded Dr. Salvador Minuchin. She was accepted into and completed intensive through the Aaron Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy located in Bala Cynwyd, PA. As a clinician, Sarah values continuing education and hopes this podcasts helps to spread up to date clinical information to mental health professionals worldwide.
Shonda Moralis (she/her) is a Women’s Mindful Empowerment Mentor on a mission to help high-achieving women unleash their superpowers without burning out in the process.

A Therapist (gone rogue) and Author of the award-winning Breathe, Mama, Breathe: 5-Minute Mindfulness for Busy Moms and Breathe, Empower, Achieve: 5-Minute Mindfulness for Women Who Do It All, Shonda lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and two kids, loves to play outside, endeavors to practice what she preaches, and is perennially fascinated by what makes people tick.
